Privacy Policy

7DayStyle (7daystyle.com) is an outfit generator. This policy explains what information 7DayStyle collects, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have. 7DayStyle follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The short version

• Your photos are not stored by 7DayStyle. They are processed only to create your outfit images and are not saved to our database.
• Your account is created through Google sign-in. We keep your email address and credit balance.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a unique account ID from Google. We use this to create your account and keep track of your free and paid generation credits.

Photos you upload

To create an outfit, you upload a photo of yourself (or choose one of our preset models) and, optionally, photos of clothing. Before a clothing photo is sent anywhere, faces in it are blurred on our server. The photos are then sent to our image-generation provider, Replicate, to produce your results. 7DayStyle does not save your photos or the generated images to its database.

Body and style details

The height, weight, clothing size, gender and style choices you enter are used only to describe the outfit you asked for. They are sent with that request and are not saved to your account.

Messages you send us

If you use our contact form, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply. We delete them once they're no longer needed.

Usage records

Each time you generate an outfit, we record when it happened and whether it used a free or paid credit. This lets us count your credits accurately. These records do not include any images.

Payments

If you buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe tells us the payment succeeded so we can add your credits. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach 7DayStyle.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember a model you picked before signing in. The site needs these to work, so they don't require your permission.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use 7DayStyle, such as which pages are visited and for how long. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't use advertising cookies. You choose whether to allow analytics when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

How we use your information

• To create your outfit images and show them to you.
• To run your account, count your credits and process purchases.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To answer you when you contact us.

Under GDPR, we rely on contract (providing the service you asked for), legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and working) and, where required, your consent.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers needed to run 7DayStyle:

• Google for sign-in.
• Supabase, which hosts our account database.
• Replicate, which runs the AI models that generate your outfit images. Your photos are processed under Replicate's own privacy policy, which provides for API inputs and outputs to be kept only for a short period.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Google Analytics, if you allow analytics cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by GDPR.

Shopping links

7DayStyle may show links to retailers where you can shop pieces similar to the ones in your outfit. Some of these are affiliate links, which means 7DayStyle may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. When you click one, you leave 7DayStyle and the retailer or affiliate network (for example Awin or ASOS) may set cookies to track the purchase, under their own privacy policies. Your photos are never shared with retailers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and credit records for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete this information, except anything we must keep by law (such as payment records for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. To make a request, email us at [your contact email]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Children

7DayStyle is not intended for anyone under 16, and you should not upload photos of children. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let signed-in users know.
